Is the installation process messy?

Does my new air conditioning system come with a warranty?

Yes! We offer a limited lifetime warranty¹ on all of our central air conditioning installations, in addition to any limited warranty provided with your equipment or extended warranty offered by the manufacturer. If anything about our installation fails (i.e. we installed it poorly), you're covered.² Just let us know.

Of course, we like call backs about as much as you do (see also: we don't like them), and that's why we send only qualified technicians, inspect all of our work when we're done, and do a final walk-through with you, our customer, making sure you're happy with our work. But mistakes do happen (rarely) and parts fail on occasion, so if that's the case, please let us know.

¹ Our lifetime warranty is limited to the original, registered homeowner of a properly matched system. This means your HVAC system equipment is covered for as long as you own your home, but once you sell your house, the warranty reverts back to the factory warranty.

² Service agreement required. Our philosophy is that since we installed the system, we know it's going to work the way it should. As long as we're in a position to keep the system in proper working order (that's where the service agreement comes in!), we're more than happy to warranty our labor.
